Ich habe heute Morgen eine Frage zu meinem + 3rf-Gerät per E-Mail gesendet. Ein paar Stunden später ist einer ihrer Mitarbeiter am Telefon, um mich durch die Lösung des Problems zu führen. 10 Minuten und es ist geschafft.

Nachdem wir einen Ersatz-Drayton-Wandstat gekauft hatten, konnten wir ihn nicht zum Laufen bringen. Ich rief den technischen Support @ drayton an und ein Kerl namens Steve sprach uns über die Einrichtung an. Dies dauerte ungefähr 15 Minuten am Telefon. Er war geduldig und erklärte die Dinge brutal, obwohl er kein technischer Rentner war. Er half uns, das zu bekommen neue Statistik läuft! Goldstern für Steve, kann nicht hoch genug von seiner Hilfe sprechen, er ist ein Verdienst von Drayton

Thermostat hat buchstäblich aus Funktionsgründen aufgehört zu arbeiten, sagte das Unternehmen "Softwarefehler".

Ich bin Installateur mit 15 Jahren Erfahrung. Das Drayton Wiser Sortiment ist billig und böse. Das Kit 3 ist die billigste Option für 3 Zonen mit Smartphones und es zeigt.
Der Kundenservice von Schneider / Draytons ist schrecklich, einige der am wenigsten hilfreichen, die mir in der Branche begegnet sind.
Das letzte Gerät, das ich eingebaut habe, war fehlerhaft. Das Hauptgerät konnte nicht mit den Drayton-Systemen verbunden werden, sodass der Kunde es nicht von seinem Telefon aus steuern konnte. Es dauerte 8 Telefonanrufe, um zuzugeben, dass es fehlerhaft war, und dann sagten sie mir, dass sie keinen Ersatz senden können. Ich muss das gesamte System entfernen und es an Amazon zurücksenden, um einen Ersatz zu erhalten, sodass mein Kunde keine Kontrolle mehr hat .
Dies hat mich mehrere Stunden am Telefon und bei erneuten Besuchen in der Unterkunft gekostet.
Ich werde es entfernen, eine Rückerstattung erhalten und dann ein EPH Ember Pack 3 anbringen.
Halten Sie sich von der klügeren Drayton-Serie fern.
