Schrecklich!!!!!!!!! Als Patient möchte ich mir nur Sorgen machen, dass ich meine Symptome erklären und Ihnen meine Versicherungsinformationen geben muss. Sie hatten mich da drin, um die Abrechnungsverantwortung herauszufinden. Ich bin ein Patient, kein medizinischer Kodierer, der die Abrechnung versteht. Sie sollten niemals mit einem Patienten diskutieren oder laut sprechen, damit das gesamte Büro das Gespräch hört. Ich war noch nie so frustriert und verlegen im Umgang mit einer Arztpraxis. Ich bin nie über die Inkompetenz der Krankenschwestern hinweggekommen, zu sagen, dass Dr. Su schlecht ist, wäre nicht fair, aber das Büropersonal war einfach nur unhöflich. Ich habe gerade meinen Termin abgesagt und bin rausgegangen.
