Ich habe diese Orthopädie vor ungefähr 4 Monaten wegen schrecklicher Knieschmerzen gesehen. Er nahm Röntgenbilder und sagte mir, dass nichts falsch sei und konzentrierte sich enorm darauf, dass ich übergewichtig war und versuchte, eine Magenbypass-Revision durchzuführen. Ich sagte ihm, dass etwas nicht stimmte, aber er weigerte sich zuzuhören. Ich ging zu einem Schmerzmediziner, der eine MRT bestellte und feststellte, dass ich unter anderem einen Meniskusriss im Knie habe. Ich habe dann eine zweite orthopädische Stellungnahme von einem mit der NYU Langone in NYC verbundenen Arzt eingeholt und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich mindestens einen teilweisen Knieersatz benötige. Ich habe das Gefühl, ich habe meine Zeit mit Dr. Bernstein verschwendet, seine Frau ist freundlich, redet aber viel zu viel. Sehr unzufrieden und werde nicht zurückkehren.

Vor einigen Monaten habe ich meinen 18-jährigen Sohn zu Dr. Bernstein gebracht, und letzte Woche habe ich meinen 86-jährigen Vater mitgenommen. Dies ist ein ausgezeichneter Arzt, ein aufmerksamer Zuhörer, sehr gründlich und geduldig, und ich bin sehr zuversichtlich in seinen Rat. Exzellentes Personal auch. Das einzig Negative ist die Wartezeit; Wir warteten ungefähr eine Stunde, um gesehen zu werden. Als wir jedoch den Wartebereich verlassen hatten, war unsere Erfahrung sehr gut.
