Ich würde mein älteres Familienmitglied nicht einfach wegen des Personals hierher schicken! Meine Nichte wurde erst kürzlich dazu gebracht, ihren Job hier zu erledigen! Weil sie von anderen Mitarbeitern gemobbt wurden! Eine Mitarbeiterin schlug ihr sogar vor, ein verschreibungspflichtiges Medikament einzunehmen! Sie ist siebzehn Jahre alt und sollte während der Arbeit KEINE Medikamente angeboten bekommen, noch sollte sie dazu gebracht werden, auf der Uhr zu weinen! Drei oder mehr Erwachsene kamen auf sie zu und begannen sie zu konfrontieren, dass sie nicht vorzeitig abreisen wollte. Sie bekam gerade ihr erstes Fahrzeug und braucht das Geld! Dann lachten sie sie aus und machten Witze, die sie zum Weinen brachten! Als dann ein Familienmitglied anrief und darum bat, mit einem Vorgesetzten zu sprechen, war das ein Problem! Sie wurden aufgelegt, die Frau erklärte dann, dass sie mit niemandem über irgendetwas über ihre Position sprechen müsse. Wir versuchen, unsere Kinder zu Erwachsenen mit großer Verantwortung zu machen, ohne sie niederzureißen und sie zu schikanieren, damit sie nicht arbeiten wollen! Das alles war völlig unprofessionell und lächerlich! Wie können wir solchen unhöflichen und unempfindlichen Menschen gegenüber unseren schutzbedürftigen Familienmitgliedern vertrauen?
