Der Servicemitarbeiter ist sehr unhöflich und schreit, dass er keine Zeit hat, sich um meinen Fall zu kümmern, und dass er nicht weiß, wann er mich bezüglich der Reparatur einer beschädigten Armatur kontaktieren kann. Nach einem scharfen Austausch und dem Ablegen des Telefonhörers von mir, senden Sie ein rücksichtsloses Reparaturangebot. Angesichts der Bestrebungen des Unternehmens ist diese Art der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kunden absolut inakzeptabel. Ich bin schon lange nicht mehr auf eine solche unsachgemäße Behandlung gestoßen.
