Ich habe kürzlich über deren Website einen DJ für eine kleine Veranstaltung engagiert. Der Buchungsvorgang verlief reibungslos und die Website war einfach zu navigieren. Allerdings war ich über die mangelnde Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung enttäuscht. Es bedurfte mehrerer Anläufe, um eine Antwort zu erhalten, und ich war mir über die Modalitäten nicht sicher. Am Veranstaltungstag war der DJ pünktlich vor Ort und das Equipment war von guter Qualität. Ich hatte jedoch eine ansprechendere und interaktivere Darbietung erwartet, insbesondere angesichts des Preises. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung durchschnittlich. Ich habe die Pünktlichkeit und die Qualität der Ausrüstung geschätzt, glaube aber, dass es in Bezug auf Kommunikation und Leistung noch Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.
