Weniger als nutzlos. Wenn sie auch nur auf Ihren Anruf antworten, hört es sich an, als würden sie mit Ihnen aus den 1960er Jahren sprechen, schreckliche Telefonqualität, ich konnte den Typen auf der anderen Seite kaum hören. Dann kommt die technische Hilfe. Ich habe 10 Minuten damit verbracht, dem Typen das Problem zu erklären, und am Ende sagt er mir, dass es nicht in seine Zuständigkeit fällt und dass er mich weiterleiten wird und alles, was er tut, ist, mich zurück zum ursprünglichen Telefonmenü zu schicken, mit dem Sie beim Anrufen begrüßt werden der verdammte Ort. Oh und am Ende stellt sich heraus, dass dies alles nicht kostenlos war, wie es normale Support-Linien sind, und ich gebe mein ganzes Guthaben aus, um absolut nichts herauszufinden. Gute Arbeit Dell.

Dell-Support? Allein das, was Alza über den Online-Support von DELL schreibt, hat mich zum Weinen gebracht. Wenn Sie einen Griff haben, werden sie nach einer Woche antworten und Sie trotzdem rausholen.
Ich wollte, dass sie meine Laptopdetails und die tatsächliche Garantie korrigieren. Dell zählt die laufende Garantie, da es irgendwo in Tramtarium geliefert wird. Also habe ich im Oktober 2016 einen neuen Laptop gekauft, der seit Februar 2016 eine Garantie hat - niemand bei Dellell macht sich die Mühe, eine Rechnung zu sagen, wenn er einen NBD-Service vor Ort anfordert. Wem zeige ich ihr? Wenn ich nicht einmal DELL anrufen kann?
Wenn ich jemals etwas von DELL bekomme, so komm bitte und ohrfeige mich gerade, denn das beweist nur, dass ich ein unvereinbares Arschloch bin.

Für die richtige Produktauswahl benötige ich technische Beratung, leider ist das Telefon nicht erreichbar und die E-Mails sind geheim. Dell kann nicht kontaktiert werden.

Ich habe ein i9 XPS mit voller Spezifikation gekauft und es ist eine komplette Tragödie. Schlechte WLAN-Karte, schlecht aufgeladen bzw. Nichts war da und schnaubte, langsame SSD und diverse andere Probleme. Es ist eine echte Schande für einen Laptop mit einem Gebrauchtwagen-Preisschild. Es überhitzt sich ständig und die Bedienung ist unangenehm.

Meine Erfahrung muss ich auch mitteilen, mit den Reklamationen dieser Firma und vor allem mit der Garantie "Nächster Arbeitstag" war ich immer (2x) rundum zufrieden, beim ersten Mal auf dem Laptop Dell Vostro 5470 die Festplatte verlassen, den Service angerufen line, am nächsten tag kam techniker, tauschte die festplatte und alles war installiert und fertig. Beim zweiten Mal gab es einen Riss am Gehäuse des Notebooks und das Display blitzte auf, wieder kam der Techniker komplett unter Garantie alles ersetzt und ließ. Einfach perfekter Garantieservice, kann ich persönlich nur empfehlen!
