Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie großartig sind, wenn Sie in ihrer geplanten Master-Community kaufen, dass sie für mehr verkaufen, aber auf Ihrem eigenen Grundstück aufzubauen, ist ein Albtraum. 3 Monate zu spät (weil niemand auftaucht), so viele Risse in meinem Haus, dass es lächerlich ist, mussten bisher 3 Fenster ausgetauscht werden (aufgrund größerer Verschiebungen, innere Dichtungen gebrochen und noch 2 übrig!), 2. Stock Quietschen, Böden im Obergeschoss uneben, Ziegel außen hat stellenweise 2ft Risse, musste Trockenbau reparieren, wo Risse so schlimm waren, dass der Reparaturmann schockiert war, mein Haus ist erst 3 Jahre alt!, und ungefähr 7 Türen mussten angepasst werden (einige angepasst 3) mal). Soviel zu den Bodentests und mehr für dickere Fundamente. Mir wurde gesagt, ich hätte die gleiche Person, die ich für die Dauer des Hausbaus kontaktieren könnte ... falsch, die Tochter des Besitzers, ich glaube, hatte es satt, mit Leuten umzugehen, die nicht zu meinem Haus kamen, und gab sie an jemand anderen weiter (der am Ende war) Ich hörte wie ein Jahr später auf und entschuldigte mich persönlich, als er dachte, ich würde keine gute Behandlung bekommen. Oh, und habe ich die Menge für Undichtigkeiten erwähnt, die mein Dach hatte? Falscher blinkender Einsatz, schlechte Dichtungen um die Lüftungsschlitze auf dem Dachboden, ..: Liste geht weiter. Oh und viel Glück, dass sie ihre Qualität verbessern. Außerdem ist es ihnen egal, dass meine Auffahrt seit 6 Monaten nach dem Einzug große Risse aufweist, da ihre Zusteller 3 Tage nach dem Gießen darauf parken und darauf fahren! Ich habe meinen Umzugsunternehmen die Schuld gegeben. Ähm, durfte ich nicht einziehen? Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und recherchieren Sie nach anderen Bauherren, da es bei David Powers große Probleme bei der Qualitätskontrolle gibt. Ich wünschte, ich könnte Bilder des Schadens vor den Reparaturen hochladen. ::
