Ich möchte wirklich einen örtlichen Motorradhändler haben und kann ihn unterstützen und respektieren. Eines Tages wird es vielleicht Mcdonough tun. Ich habe gerade den Händler angerufen, um eine einfache Frage zu stellen. Die dreifache Teileabteilung hat das Telefon nicht abgenommen und mich zurück zu Amanda geleitet. Der Lichtblick ist, dass Amanda ans Telefon geht. Niemand sonst tut es. Vor zwei Jahren hatte ich Bargeld, um einen Honda CR 250 L zu kaufen, und ging zweimal in dieses Autohaus, um einen zu kaufen. Beide Male wartete ich darauf, ob jemand kommen und fragen würde, ob ich Hilfe brauche. Beide Male fragte mich keine einzige Person, ob ich etwas brauche. Also habe ich 6000 Dollar für einen neuen Honda bei einem anderen Händler ausgegeben.

Erster Anruf, bekam eine Antwort und wurde angeblich an den Dienst gerichtet. Nach 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife klingelte das Telefon und ich erwartete eine Abholung. Nein, es klingelte buchstäblich 1 Minute lang und dann legten sie einfach auf. Zurückgerufen antworten sie überhaupt nicht. Ich habe 5 Fahrräder und dieser unprofessionelle Ort wird NIEMALS mein Geschäft bekommen. Ich werde zu Conyers gehen.

Ich habe ein YouTube-Video darüber gesehen, wie schlecht der Service hier war und wie schrecklich die Manager sind. Ich lebe nicht einmal in Georgia, aber ich möchte den Leuten, die hier ein Motorrad kaufen möchten, nur sagen, dass sie es nicht tun sollen. Ich verspreche Ihnen, dass Sie von Managern, Verkaufsteams und Mechanikern verarscht werden.
