Ich hätte ihnen keine Sterne gegeben, wenn ich könnte. Vor ungefähr einem Monat, als eine Mitarbeiterin von Aviation Safeguards am LAX International-Terminal vor Norwegian Airlines in der Schlange wartete, ließ sie einige Leute (ich glaube, sie kannte die Leute, die 10 Minuten lang plauderten, bevor sie sich anstellten) vor einem Haufen überspringen andere in der Schlange. Es war eine langsame Linie, mindestens 40-50 Leute warteten. Als ich mich erkundigte, warum sie das tat, war ihre Antwort "Ja, ja, ihr werdet alle ins Flugzeug steigen, was ist die große Sache" und sie lachte. Dies geschah, nachdem ich von einem der Passagiere, die sie hereinließ, beschimpft worden war. Die Frau sagte, sie mochte es nicht, wie ich sie ansah (?) Und beschimpfte und verfluchte mich und meinen Mann. Der Mitarbeiter von Aviation Safeguards stand einfach da und beobachtete die ganze Sache und lachte. Ich fragte nach ihrem Namen und ihrer Ausweisnummer, aber sie lehnte ab, was gegen die Regeln verstößt. Ich habe an Aviation Safeguards geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Völlig verantwortungslose, unhöfliche Gesellschaft und unfähige, nicht funktionierende Mitarbeiter.

Unhöfliche, nicht hilfreiche Gruppe von Arbeitern. Ich habe heute (Donnerstag, den 31. Mai um 8:20 Uhr) drei Frauen unterbrochen, die in einer so geschäftigen Zeit klatschten. Ich brauchte Hilfe bei 6 großen Taschen und fragte, ob es jemanden gibt, der mir beim Laden helfen kann, da ich alleine war. Sie haben mich schmutzig aussehen lassen, als ich sie fragte, weil sie gerade redeten. Sie gaben mir auch die falschen Informationen und sagten mir, dass niemand mehr helfen könne und dass Alaska Airlines keine Bag-Hilfe mehr habe. Nun, das ist falsch, denn als ich einen MAN von Alaska Airlines fragte, verwies er mich sofort an die Person, die mir helfen könnte. Sie sind nur eine Gruppe von verärgerten, eifersüchtigen und wahrscheinlich illegalen Arbeitern.
