Wenn Sie möchten, dass Lieferungen wie Bohnen außerordentlich spät erfolgen, entscheiden Sie sich für Crown. Wenn Sie gerne auf die Wartung der Maschine warten und diese nicht bei den Terminen sehen möchten, dann entscheiden Sie sich für Crown.

Alles in allem schreckliche Maschinen, schrecklicher Kaffee, schrecklicher Service, schreckliches Geschäft. Ich bin froh, zu einer anderen Firma zu wechseln.

Ich weiß nicht, wie diese Leute noch im Geschäft sind, sie überladen Kunden einfach und haben den schlechtesten Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der ohne Grund Wutanfälle auslöst.

Kundenservice, Produkte sind erstaunlich. Wenn mein Unternehmen ein Problem hat, sind die Mitarbeiter und das Management richtig und versuchen, das Problem mit minimaler Störung meines Geschäfts zu lösen. Sie sind eine großartige Organisation

Ich benutze Crown Coffee seit über fünf Jahren. Sie waren sehr entgegenkommend in Bezug auf das "Testen" verschiedener Braten, um unterschiedliche Geschmäcker zu berücksichtigen, die Maschinen waren sehr zuverlässig und der Service ist gut. Würde sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
