Nicht genaue Angaben zu Vorschlägen und Angeboten. Verzögerung nach Verzögerung beim Abrufen von Informationen und Antworten. Immer wieder mangelnde Nachverfolgung. Und dann - viele Wochen nachdem das Preisangebot für zwei Schränke festgelegt worden war - eine plötzliche Entscheidung, den Preis ohne ersichtlichen Grund zu erhöhen (Entschuldigung? Der Hersteller hat einen Fehler im Angebot gemacht). Käufer aufgepasst. Taylor, mein ursprünglicher Verkäufer, ist weg - ebenso wie der Service, der die Grundlage für einige der guten Bewertungen auf dieser Website bildet. Crest schätzt den Kunden anscheinend nicht und hat keinen Service als primären Wert.
