Das Schlimmste? Ich hatte mehr Erfahrung als die erforderliche Stellenausschreibung. Also nimm daraus, was du willst. Ich gebe nur zwei Sterne, weil mir auf dem Weg ins Haus freundlicherweise jemand die Tür geöffnet hat. Ansonsten ein Stern, weil er versucht hat, mich auszunutzen.

Ich habe gerade hier angerufen, um nach Lodge-Produkten zu suchen, und sie waren NULL Hilfe. Wahrscheinlich der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle morgen zurückrufen, weil "sie mitten in etwas waren". Dann habe ich nur gesagt, dass ich einen Katalog oder nur ALLES brauche, und die Dame am Telefon sagt dann: "Rufen Sie nächste Woche tatsächlich zurück, wenn wir einen Verkäufer mit Ihnen sprechen lassen können." Ich arbeite in der Food-Service-Branche und das ist einfach erbärmlich !!

Der erste Einkauf mit und hatte keine Probleme, der Geldwechsel verlief mit meiner Kreditkarte sehr reibungslos. Tolle Kommunikation und Updates. Hatte was ich brauchte, werde es wieder benutzen.
