Dies ist ein schrecklicher Ort zum Arbeiten, sie geben dir kein richtiges Training, sie werfen dich einfach auf den Boden, um zu arbeiten.

Die Kultur ist voll von Verstößen wie J-A-01: Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung! Unterbesetzt und unterbezahlt sowohl Justizvollzugsbeamte als auch medizinisches Personal!
Sie gefährden die Gesundheit der Insassen und des medizinischen Personals!

Diese Art von Kultur MUSS aufhören, wenn die Regierung ein qualitativ hochwertiges und tragfähiges Gesundheitssystem für die Justizvollzugsanstalt haben will!

Ich arbeite im East Baton Rouge Parish Prison in Baton Rouge, La. Und es war die schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten !!! Das Management ist schrecklich und sie können niemanden behalten !!! Ich bin eine LPN und eine andere Krankenschwester verfluchte mich und versuchte einen Kampf mit mir zu führen (ja in einem Gefängnis) und ich meldete sie sofort und sie feuerten uns beide. Einige der anderen Mitarbeiter sagten ihnen, dass ich das Protokoll für eine solche Situation befolgt habe und sie mich auch gefeuert hätten, aber ich würde sowieso bald dort abreisen, weil ich die Umwelt hasste und alle, die dort in der Medizin arbeiteten, unprofessionell waren. Sie verhalten sich schlechter als die Insassen. Ganz zu schweigen von Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit. Die Abgeordneten haben zu viel Angst vor den Insassen, so dass klar ist, dass sie dich nicht beschützen können !!! Die Personalabteilung in Georgia könnte sich weniger darum kümmern, weil sie nicht versucht hat, meine Situation zu untersuchen. Sie waren gerade bereit, dich loszuwerden, egal wer ein Fehler war !!!
