Ich muss sagen, dass es nach einem schlechten Start mit Comx mit falschen Anweisungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Anschließen des Fernsehgeräts begann. Dann haben wir die Firma angerufen und nach 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten haben wir eine Mitarbeiterin gefunden, eine Dame, die es uns erzählt hat statt Dänemark war in Finnland angesiedelt, und den Rest musste ich selbst herausfinden. Selbst nach der Empfehlung an Finnland war es nicht möglich, unseren Fernseher einzustellen, nur nachdem wir 0-nach-Anweisungen ausprobiert hatten, die denen im Voraus entsprachen, war dies möglich. Aber keine Orientierung von der Firma, die nutzbar war.
Jetzt habe ich Probleme beim Herstellen einer Verbindung zum Golfkanal, bei dem ich Karten ausgegeben habe, die OHNE Anweisung gesendet wurden. Service ist anscheinend eine Stadt in Russland in dieser Firma, sorry.
