Es ist schockierend, dass das Community-Care-Team den Kunden keine Sorgfaltspflicht auferlegt. Ich habe wiederholt angeforderte Geländer für meinen Bruder angefordert. Sie haben für meinen Bruder in der Garage eine vorübergehende 6-Fuß-Rampe eingebaut, die mit Sicherheit kein Code ist. Sie konnten nicht 8 Fuß setzen, weil er in den Werkzeugkasten in der Garage lief. Niemand ist jemals ins Haus gekommen, um zu sehen, wie mein Bruder und seine Heimarbeiter damit umgehen. Es ist gefährlich und zu viel körperliche Anstrengung für einige Arbeiter, ihn die Rampe hochzuschieben. MINDESTENS ZUM HAUS KOMMEN !!!! Sie sagten, eine Rampe vorne wäre zu teuer, aber sie sollten nicht einmal auftauchen, um zu sehen, ob er in Sicherheit ist !!!
