Inkompetentes unhöfliches Personal. Mein Bruder war ungefähr 2 Jahre lang hier ansässig und hatte mehrere Gegenstände gestohlen, darunter zuletzt seine Brieftasche. Ich habe eine formelle Beschwerde bei IDPH eingereicht. Dieser Ort sollte geschlossen werden.

Die Leute hören, dass sie unhöflich und unwissend und unprofessionell sind, und sie belügen Familienmitglieder und sie sind rassistisch gegen Mexikaner

Dieser Ort ist eine Müllkippe, auf der nur psychisch Kranke untergebracht sind. Sie haben immer noch Zugang zu Straßendrogen und bringen bis zu 4 Personen in ein Zimmer.
