Sehr enttäuscht vom Personal gestern! Papa fiel ins diabetische Koma. Niemand wusste, was los war, einschließlich der Krankenschwestern !!! Bitte alle behalten Ihre Liebsten im Auge, die sie sicher nicht haben. Ich musste sie dazu bringen, einen Krankenwagen für ihn zu rufen. Unnötig zu sagen, dass sie mit heruntergelassenen Hosen erwischt wurden und ich bin derjenige, der ihn in diesem Zustand gefunden hat.

Eines der schlimmsten Pflegeheime, in denen ich je gearbeitet habe. Immer unterbesetzt, beträgt die Grundvergütung 8,25 USD und CNAs sind als DCWs gekennzeichnet und müssen zertifiziert sein, um dort arbeiten zu können. Der letzte Administrator wurde ebenfalls wegen Unterschlagung angeklagt. Der Ort wird wie ein Gefängnis geführt. Das ist für Mitarbeiter und Anwohner

Nun, zuallererst sind wir NICHT darauf organisiert, Interviewpläne festzulegen ~ haben meine Zeit mehr als einmal verkürzt ~ Als der DON mir schließlich sagte, ich solle reinkommen ~ war der sehr professionelle ADON sehr nett und nahm mich zum Interview ~ Ich gehe vom DON aus , aber sie stellte sich NIE vor und war eine der unhöflichsten, die ich je gesehen habe - sehr arrogant und tatsächlich scharf - anscheinend habe ich meinen Lebenslauf nie gesehen, weil er in einem anderen Büro war
Dann teilte sie mir mit, dass sie mich nicht in Betracht ziehen würde, weil mein CNA-Zertifikat abgelaufen war (aufgrund meiner Fähigkeiten wurde ich nicht gebeten, sie zu wiederholen). Nicht benötigt!!!
