Diese Firma hat mich von nicht einer, sondern ZWEI Forderungen des IRS befreit, dass ich ihnen Geld für zwei sehr unterschiedliche und SEHR verwirrende Forderungen schulde, die nicht mit meinen Steuererklärungen zusammenhängen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was ich ohne sie getan hätte. IRS verlangte 2014 17.000 USD und 2015 50.000 USD. CHV hat erstaunliche Nachforschungen angestellt und eine sehr detaillierte und professionelle Antwort verfasst, die den IRS von meinem Rücken befreit hat, was dazu führte, dass ich nichts schuldete. CHV berechnete eine sehr angemessene Gebühr und war durchweg sehr sympathisch und unterstützend und reaktionsschnell. Sie sind auch sehr schnell, professionell und vernünftig bei der Vorbereitung meiner Steuern jedes Jahr.

Von Anfang an schrecklich. Wenig bis gar kein Kundenservice. Ich fragte jedes Jahr mehrmals, wie viel CHV aufladen würde, aber CHV sagte, sie würden sich "um mich kümmern". Ende des Jahres wurde ich mit einer fetten Rechnung geschlagen, die weit über dem üblichen Satz lag. Die Steuererklärung wurde verspätet eingereicht, obwohl alles pünktlich eingereicht wurde. Es ist unmöglich, jemanden bei CHV zu erreichen, der eine Entscheidung treffen kann. 2/3 Leute, mit denen ich bei CHV gearbeitet habe, sind gegangen. Was Sie von einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft erwarten, erhalten Sie bei CHV nicht. Alle drei meiner Familienmitglieder sind jetzt gegangen.

Diese Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft hat viel zu viel Zeit gebraucht, um meine einfachen Steuern zu zahlen. Sie haben mir dann einen unverschämten Betrag berechnet. Schrecklicher Kundenservice, besonders für einen wiederkehrenden Kunden.
