Meine Mutter ist seit Jahren Patientin in dieser Praxis und ich bin mir sicher, dass diese Praxis sie von der Dialyse abgehalten hat. Während sie 89 Jahre alt ist und ein Nierenversagen im Stadium 4 hat, hat Dr. P. ihre Krankheit unglaublich gemeistert. Er nimmt sich bei jedem Besuch Zeit für sie und bespricht mit ihr ausführlich ihren Zustand. Er gibt ihr erfolgreiche "Go forward"-Pläne, die funktionieren! Es ist so unfair, dass das Poster seine Punktzahl auf der Abrechnung und dem Erstellen von Notizen basiert. Vor allem, wenn diese Probleme für die kritische Organversorgung am wenigsten wichtig sind. Ich würde dieser Praxis 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte!!

Ich wurde von meinem Hausarzt an Dr. Pankhaniya überwiesen und versprach einen Rabatt von 25 %. Er verbrachte vielleicht fünf Minuten mit mir und tippte die ganze Zeit laut auf einer Computertastatur und diktierte in seinen Mikrorecorder.

Nach meinem Besuch in der Abrechnungsabteilung wurden mir 247 US-Dollar berechnet. Sie behaupteten, es sei ein ermäßigter Preis aufgrund ihrer Beziehung zu meiner Hausarztpraxis und weil ich ein Selbstzahler war.

Als ich nach meiner Rückkehr in mein Büro anrief, wurde festgestellt, dass 165 $ der durchschnittliche Preis für eine Erstberatung bei einem Nephrologen in unserer Nähe war. Ehrlich gesagt glaube ich, dass ich geschröpft wurde und würde jedem empfehlen, der darüber nachdenkt, hier Patient zu werden, seine Hausaufgaben zu machen, selbst zu bezahlen oder auf andere Weise.

Es schien, als wären sie eine Mühle, die Patienten so schnell wie möglich ein- und ausschaltete. Ich fühlte mich unwohl und es war unprofessionell. Dies ist meine Gesundheit, über die wir sprechen, und sollte für sie von größter Bedeutung sein, denn für mich ist sie es sicherlich.

Dr. P. kümmert sich seit vielen Jahren um meine nierenkranke Mutter. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass er der Nierenarzt war, den wir für sie hätten finden können. Er ist geduldig mit ihr und hört ihr wirklich zu, was viele Ärzte in der heutigen Zeit vor allem bei älteren Patienten nicht zu tun scheinen. Ich gebe dieser Praxis eine 5+ aufgrund der Sorgfalt, die Dr. P. meiner Mutter weiterhin schenkt.
