Ich war einer der 108 Leute, die sie eingestellt haben. Meine Abteilung war Endmontage. Ich kam vor der Gruppe herein und sie ließen mich immer noch gehen. Dies liegt an der schlechten Planung der Pisse und der Tatsache, dass das Management alle davon abhält! letztes Jahr haben sie 107 Leute eingestellt und 108 Leute verloren. Lange Stunden und niedrige Löhne sind das, worauf Sie sich freuen müssen, wenn Sie hier arbeiten. Auch Jennifer in der Personalabteilung wird einen Mitarbeiter, bei dem es um das Unternehmen geht, nicht untersuchen oder verteidigen. Die Behandlung der Mitarbeiter durch das Unternehmen und die Geschäftsleitung ist schlecht. Es gibt eine Leine namens Lanze. das hat mehr Mitarbeiter als Krebs weggelaufen. Das Management ist sich dessen bewusst und lässt dies fortfahren. In solchen Fällen können sogar die Mitarbeiter beschuldigt werden. Am Tag nachdem ich in die VA gegangen war und erfahren hatte, dass ich starke emotionale Belastungen hatte. Wenn ich das Geld hätte, würde ich klagen! Außerdem haben sie mich aus meinem letzten Scheck herausgeschraubt!
