Dieses Unternehmen wird schlecht geführt. In den letzten 6 Jahren. Mitten im Winter ging uns wiederholt das Propan aus, als die Temperaturen im Teenageralter oder darunter lagen. Erst nachdem sie sich mit der Drohung in Verbindung gesetzt hatten, eventuell entstandene Schäden zu verklagen, reagierten sie. Und vor kurzem haben wir einen Fehler gemacht und im Januar nicht den korrekten Betrag auf ein Konto überwiesen. Die Firma schickte nachfolgende Rechnungen, die uns mitteilten, dass wir vollständig bezahlt wurden. Bis 3 Monate nach unserer Benachrichtigung über den letzten Tag des Dienstes aufgrund des Verkaufs unseres Hauses und 2 Monate nach Eingang unserer letzten Rechnung an unserer neuen Adresse. Was auch aufgrund der einzigen Rechnung im Umschlag vollständig bezahlt wurde. Dann erhielten wir eine Benachrichtigung über Zahlungsausfälle von der Januar-Rechnung nicht von der Firma, sondern von einem Inkassobüro !!!! Gerne hätten wir die 90,00 anders bezahlt, wenn sie uns einfach informiert hätten. Es war nicht nötig uns zur Abholung zu schicken. Und es ist inakzeptabel, an Sammlungen geschickt zu werden, weil sie keine ordnungsgemäßen Aufzeichnungen geführt haben.
