Vor kurzem wurden mir zusätzliche 1300 US-Dollar für neue Funktionen angeboten, die sie dann für zusätzliche Gebühren in Höhe von 10.000 US-Dollar zu vergeben versuchten.

Ich habe noch nie ein so unethisches Verkaufs- und Account-Management-Verhalten gesehen.

Vertrieb und Management müssen dies berücksichtigen und das Verkaufsteam für die ETHISCHE Vertriebspraxis zur Rechenschaft ziehen. Sie wollen Sie in einen SaaS-Vertrag einschließen und dann jeweils 10.000 US-Dollar von Ihnen erpressen!
