City of Madison Water Department Rezension

My experience with the City of Madison Water Department was not what I expected. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me with my issues. I had to wait for hours on the phone before getting any assistance. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

The water quality provided by the water department is satisfactory. However, I faced some difficulties in reaching out to their customer service. It would be better if they improve their response time.

Schreckliche Kundendienst- und Abrechnungsabteilung. Sie können ihren Job nicht machen. Als sie gebeten wurden, ein anderes Familienmitglied für einen Ratenzahlungsplan zu überweisen, von dem sie sagten, dass sie es tun würden ... taten sie es nicht. Stattdessen ließen sie den Ball fallen und wie haben sie IHREN Fehler behoben? Sie haben es als Pauschalbetrag auf die Steuern geschoben. Als wir anriefen und sie baten, den Fehler zu korrigieren, sagten sie NOPE und es liegt an uns und sagten "viel Glück". Vielen Dank!

Die Kommunikation ist schlecht und die Abrechnungszyklen sind verwirrend, da alle aussteigen. Die Website ist schlecht eingerichtet und nicht intuitiv. Die Leute sind im Allgemeinen ziemlich hilfreich.
