b) Karlsbad ist eine einzigartige Qualität, da strenge lokale Regeln und Maßnahmen gelten, um Probleme zu vermeiden. Wenn es nur eine staatliche Regelung gäbe, die Verkäufer (und Vermieter) verpflichtet, Daten und Quittungen von Inspektionen von Heizungsabzügen offenzulegen; Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Heizungs- oder Klimaanlagen auf dem Grundstück aufgegeben werden und dass sich legale Kältemittel tatsächlich im Klimaanlagensystem befinden.
c) Unsere örtliche Polizeidienststelle leistet außergewöhnliche Arbeit, indem sie unserem Reihenhauseigentum gewissenhaft hilft, verlassene und/oder nicht registrierte Fahrzeuge usw. zu identifizieren und abzuschleppen. Dies ist so wichtig, um uns und unsere Nachbarschaft zu schützen. Gestohlene Autos, Teile, Nummernschilder und was sonst noch wichtig ist – auch wenn es unbedeutend erscheint.
d) Solarsystem – uneheliche Verkäufer: Überprüfung der Stromlizenzen bei der Agentur und Bestätigung der Stadt, dass eine Solargenehmigung ausgestellt wurde – ein Muss. NRG, Baker und einige andere sind solide Profis.
e) Ich bin dankbar, dass Karlsbad mein ständiger Wohnsitz ist. Seelenfrieden zählt.
