Ich habe die GUS durchlaufen, weil sie mit Progressive Insurances ', Homesite Insurance (Arm oder Partner von Progressive, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie dazu gehören) verbunden sind, und ich ging davon aus, dass diese Verbindung den Prozess nahtlos machen würde.

CIS schickte einen Inspektor in die falsche Wohnung und schrieb in die Eröffnung der E-Mail "Es sieht so aus, als hätten wir zuvor die falsche Adresse inspiziert", ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Das Senden eines Inspektors an das falsche Zuhause zusammen mit ihren anderen Fehlern machte die Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen und der Homesite Insurance lächerlich und unglaublich frustrierend. Es dauerte ungefähr einen Monat zwischen der Eröffnung unseres Anspruchs bei Homesite Insurance und dem Austausch unseres Systems. Homesite erwähnte, dass es nur ein paar Tage dauern würde.

Um fair gegenüber der GUS zu sein, war es genauso frustrierend, mit Homesite Insurance zusammenzuarbeiten, weil sie auch einige lächerliche Fehler gemacht haben.

Ich dachte, mein AC-Versicherungsanspruch würde eine Woche dauern, weil Sie wissen ... seine Versicherung. Diese Leute hatten jemanden am Tag, nachdem sie mich zum ersten Mal angerufen hatten, zu mir nach Hause gebracht. Hatte meine Klimaanlage innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Einreichung meines Anspruchs repariert und gepflegt =) Danke CIS

Tolles Unternehmen für die Bearbeitung von HLK-Ansprüchen. Ihr Kommunikationsstil ist direkt und auf den Punkt gebracht, mit einer kurzen Zykluszeit.

Ich bin ein Auftragnehmer, der von dieser Firma beauftragt wurde, eine Inspektion durchzuführen. Aufgrund der schlechten Kommunikation zwischen dem Eigentümer der Immobilie und der GUS mussten wir mehrmals zur Immobilie gehen. Diese Firma hatte zugestimmt, uns zu bezahlen, sobald wir Fotos und ein paar Papiere geliefert hatten, aber das taten sie nicht. Ich rief die Firma für Zahlungen an und sie sagten mir, dass sie uns nicht bezahlen würden, weil uns Informationen fehlen. Wir haben diese Ursache nie gekannt, nachdem wir geliefert hatten, wonach sie gefragt hatten. Ich habe nie etwas von ihnen gehört. Total abgezockt. HLK-Auftragnehmer sind Ware dieser Phantom-Firma !!!

Erstklassige Firma !!! Sie behandelten meinen HLK-Anspruch wie die von PRO, die sich darum kümmern. Ihre Vertreter waren höflich, beantworteten alle meine Fragen und konnten sogar den Austausch des beschädigten Systems übernehmen. Mein System hat noch nie besser funktioniert. Vielen Dank!
