Ich habe versucht zu fragen, an welche E-Mail-Adresse ich senden soll, und sie hat meine E-Mail-Adresse immer wieder wiederholt. Dann legte sie mitten im Gespräch auf, ohne sich bei mir zu melden. Ich sage nur, ich werde es später beheben, sobald ich die E-Mail erhalten habe, die Sie gesendet haben. Ich rief erneut an, um das Problem zu beheben, und sie weigerte sich, ihre E-Mails zu überprüfen oder zu aktualisieren, um festzustellen, ob die von mir gesendete E-Mail empfangen wurde. Sie sagt, dass sie nicht gleichzeitig telefonieren und Fehler beheben kann. Dass es keine E-Mails von mir gibt, ist unmöglich, weil es zehn Minuten her sind.
