Sie waren sogar nett genug, um einen zukünftigen Deal für mich einzuhalten, als ich eine Woche vor Beginn des Specials ein Geschenk kaufte - großartiger Kundenservice! Sie bieten auch kostenloses Geschenkpapier an, was großartig ist, zumal das niemand mehr tut!

Leider werde ich nicht zurück sein. Nachdem ich jahrelang ein äußerst zufriedener Kunde war, habe ich eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit ihrem Service gemacht. Es war ihnen offensichtlich egal, ob sie mich als Kunden behielten, obwohl ich geduldig einen Monat darauf gewartet hatte, dass sie zumindest den vorrätigen Teil meiner Bestellung schickten. Ich werde sie nicht wieder belästigen.
