Ich habe im Laufe der Jahre bei Challenger mehrere Trikots für meine Teams bestellt. Sie haben IMMER großartige Arbeit geleistet, um die Trikots richtig und pünktlich zu machen. Andy Bureman ist seit ein paar Jahren mein Ansprechpartner. Es gab Zeiten, in denen er persönlich in den Laden gegangen ist, um ein Last-Minute-Trikot zu machen. Sie haben einen treuen Kunden in mir!

Wir haben in den letzten 5 Jahren mehrere große Sets von Trikots, Hosen und Stutzen (200 plus) für unsere Teams bei Challenger bestellt. Sie haben IMMER großartige Arbeit geleistet, um die Bestellung korrekt und pünktlich zu erledigen. Andy Bureman war unser Ansprechpartner, Account Repräsentant. Andy tut alles, um die Arbeit pünktlich zu erledigen. Das Personal des Sommercamps war schon immer super kinderfreundlich und kannte sich mit grundlegenden Fähigkeiten aus. Wir bekommen immer viel tolles Elternfeedback von unseren Camps. Sie haben einen treuen Kunden in uns!

Ich habe einige Bestellungen bei ihnen aufgegeben und jedes Mal ist ihr Team sehr hilfsbereit und kommuniziert miteinander, um mir den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Ihre Produkte sind auch sehr gut verarbeitet und haben nach zahlreichen Wäschen sehr gut gestanden.

Hauptsächlich eine 1-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben, um zu versuchen, einen Rückruf zu erhalten. Uniform am 26. Juli bestellt, immer noch nicht erhalten. Angerufen und per E-Mail nach der Verspätung am 17. September gefragt, noch nicht einmal eine Antwort erhalten.

Für eine Uniform von 180 US-Dollar ist es frustrierend, einen so schlechten Kundenservice zu haben.
