New York Prime in Myrtle Beach, SC, hat meine Kreditkartentransaktion durcheinander gebracht und versehentlich zusätzliche 52,00 von meinem Konto abgebucht, was mir GROSSE Unannehmlichkeiten bereitete - nachdem ich den Fehler zugegeben und zugegeben hatte, dass es einige Tage dauern wird, bis das Geld bezahlt wird meiner Bank gutgeschrieben wird, waren die Manager, Jeff und Jason, höchstens bereit zu sagen, dass es ihnen leid tut, dass "dies eines dieser Dinge ist, die gelegentlich Menschen passieren" (Jason sagte dies), und nein, dass sie Ich bin nicht einmal bereit zu versuchen, es mit einem Gutschein oder ähnlichem wieder gut zu machen, da ich irgendwann mein Geld zurückbekomme. Wir hatten gerade 260,00 dort zum Abendessen verbracht.
Ihre Apathie war deutlich. Es war ihnen egal. Dies ist das enttäuschendste Verhalten, das ich seit einiger Zeit in einem Restaurant erlebt habe.
