I have been using Celtic utility & plumbing inc. for a while now and I must say their service is average. They are prompt in responding to my queries and their staff is knowledgeable. However, there have been a couple of instances where they didn't fix the issue properly the first time and I had to call them again. Overall, I would rate them as average.
