Ich verstehe, dass dies eine Sonderanfertigung ist, aber ich hatte ein Problem mit der Länge meines Bildschirms und sie sagten, sie würden es beheben und hätten nichts getan. Ich werde nichts mehr von ihnen kaufen.

Sechs Monate nachdem ich fast 6000 Dollar für einen Kaskadenspulenvorhang ausgegeben hatte, fing es an zu rosten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass wir E-Mails verschickt haben und keine Antwort erhalten haben. Unser Auftragnehmer hat sie kontaktiert und sie waren bereit, sich die Vorhänge anzusehen, aber wir müssten die Kosten für den Hin- und Rückversand (was sehr teuer ist) übernehmen, und es gab keine garantiert, dass sie es reparieren würden. Wir haben sogar einen Metallarbeiter dazu gebracht, sich das anzusehen, und er sagte, dass die Farbe nicht richtig eingebrannt wurde. Sie wollen nur schnell Geld verdienen und verwenden weder Qualitätsprodukte noch beheben sie ihre Fehler oder stehen zu ihrem Wort. Es gibt bessere Unternehmen, die sich um ihre Kunden kümmern und günstiger sind.

Nachdem Cascade Coil Rat für die Einrichtung eines Sicherheitssystems eingeholt hatte, war er da, um mir bei der Erledigung meiner Aufgaben zu helfen. Ich würde diese Firma über alle anderen beraten.

Das Netz, das ich bekam, war wunderschön! Würde auf jeden Fall wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen.

Ihre Preise / Angebote sind nur 30 Tage lang gültig und dann steigt der Preis, wenn Sie den Preis nicht mit einer Anzahlung von 50% halten, selbst wenn Ihr Projekt 6 Monate aus ist. Sehr schlechtes Management und Kundenservice.
