Sie halfen mir bei der Auswahl eines geeigneten Teppichs und führten innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine sehr professionelle Verlegung durch. Ihr Installateur fing pünktlich an, war pünktlich fertig und hat einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht, ohne Drama und ohne Überraschungen.

Wir haben Carlos Carpets zweimal verwendet. Einmal im Jahr 2015, als wir unseren Keller fertig gestellt und zum ersten Mal Teppich verlegt haben. Ein zweites Mal im Jahr 2020, als wir den Teppich im kleinen Schlafzimmer ersetzten.

Beide Erfahrungen waren großartig. Gute Auswahl an hochwertigen Teppichen. Guter Kundendienst. Qualitätsinstallation.
