Unglaublich schlechte Gesellschaft. Maria ist einfach das Schlimmste. Würde es nicht empfehlen. Fürsorgliche Lösungen, eher wie völlige Vernachlässigung und sorglose Lösungen.

Ich habe Caring Solutions von einer vom Krankenhaus bereitgestellten Liste kalt angerufen. Ich wusste nicht wirklich, was ich fragte, weil ich nicht alle Informationen hatte, die ich brauchte. Sandy rief mich sofort zurück. In wenigen Minuten hat sie herausgefunden, wie die Situation der Familie war und was wir brauchten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass wir bereits einen Pflegedienst hatten und keine Caring Solutions-Dienste benötigen würden. Das war egal. Ich stellte weiterhin Fragen und Sandy beantwortete sie mehr als bereitwillig, weil sie sah, dass ich mich in der Wüste verirrte. Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit und sachkundig, aber nicht nur das, Sandy zeigte sehr tiefe Freundlichkeit und Empathie. Nach einem 10-minütigen Telefonat kann ich es nicht weiter empfehlen und würde ihr und ihrem Unternehmen aufgrund der Professionalität und Kompetenz, die sie gezeigt hat, gerne unser Geschäft geben.

Sie missachten jegliches Wohlergehen ihrer Mitarbeiter, BESONDERS WÄHREND VON COVID. Ich habe aus erster Hand miterlebt, wie Maria für einen Anruf absolut angriffslustig über einen Angestellten empört war.
