und Caremax bekommt eine Art kranke Freude, weil ihre Mitarbeiter die Vorräte nicht bestellen. Der Besitzer wird nicht mit mir sprechen! Das Personal weigert sich, länger mit mir zu sprechen! Sie können in drei Monaten kein Bett, kein Licht oder keine Kommode bekommen! Ich kann in 21-24 Tagen Fracht von CHINA bekommen! Sie müssen ein langsameres Boot als ich benutzen!

Ich hatte wirklich schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Firma. SCHLECHTER KUNDENSERVICE

Traurig, wenn Sie auf einen Sauerstoffkonzentrator angewiesen sind, der seit 5 Wochen bei uns zu Hause verwendet wird. Zweimal funktionierte die Maschine nicht, rote Serviceleuchten und ein kontinuierlicher Alarm ertönten. Lee in der Serviceabteilung sagte, es sei nichts falsch, n wir haben 4 Stunden Sauerstoff im Reisetank. Grundsätzlich wird er uns verlangen, herauszukommen, hat nie gesagt, wie viel. Ich dachte, Servicelampe bedeutet Servicemaschine, wie eine Autowarnleuchte, es wird passieren. SCHLECHTER KUNDENSERVICE! Ich habe vor, Medicare wissen zu lassen. Servicegebühren bis zu 5 Wochen scheinen wie ein Betrugsunternehmen zu sein, das plant, das Geld für Servicegebühren einzusammeln.

Meine Erfahrung mit Caremax war schrecklich !!! Ich rief sie an, um sie wissen zu lassen, dass meine Mutter wegen der Kissen vom Stuhl gerutscht war ... sie schickten jemanden raus und er sagte, ich hätte es nicht richtig verschlossen ... als ich die Kissen wieder benutzte ... sie raus Folien !!! Diesmal platzte das Dekubitus an ihrer Ferse.

Der Hoyer-Lift fiel beim ersten Mal zweimal um und landete auf ihrem Kopf ... das zweite Mal, als ich versuchte, ihn zu fangen ... stolperte darüber und fiel und landete auf dem Hals meiner Mutter. Ich rief sie an und ließ sie wissen und sie riefen nie zurück ... heute rief ich an und bat sie, mit den Eigentümern darüber zu sprechen, was passiert war ... sie sagten mir wiederholt, dass die Eigentümer nicht da waren und sie die Nachricht weitergeben würden ... würden die Besitzer anrufen, wenn sie eine Minute Zeit hätten.

Ich habe nie mit den Besitzern gesprochen ... Ich denke, es ist ABSOLUT SCHRECKLICH, sie würden sich nicht genug darum kümmern, mich zurückzurufen !!!

Auch ... als der Typ mir zeigte, wie man den Hoyer-Lift benutzt ... hatte er eine Erkältung und ich musste alles abwischen, was er berührte, während er hier war.
