Während der Herbstinspektion keine Risse im Pool erkennen. Dann sagte uns, dass der Pool eine Woche vor der Eröffnung dieses Frühlings erneuert werden müsste. Fast 2 Monate der Saison verloren. Außerdem wurde das Spa in der letzten Saison nie voll funktionsfähig und es dauerte bis Ende August dieser Saison, bis die Jets auf beiden Seiten funktionierten. Rettungsschwimmer der letzten Saison schlecht ausgebildet und beaufsichtigt. In diesem Jahr haben wir ein automatisiertes System zur Erkennung und Abgabe von Chemikalien installiert und Rettungsschwimmer eliminiert.

Candlewood Management Service ist ein großartiger Ort zum Arbeiten. Jeder ist sehr professionell und leicht zu arbeiten. Ich bin so froh, dass ich die Änderung vorgenommen habe, um hierher zu kommen !!

Als Community Manager (über 10 Jahre) haben sie die Community betreut, die ich in den letzten 2+ Jahren verwaltet habe. (Innen- und Außenpools) Das Personal hat SUPERIOR-Dienstleistungen erbracht. Die Pools waren makellos, sauber, wir hatten nie eine Gesundheit Codeverletzung und das qualifizierte Personal sind hier, wenn ein Notfall eintrat. Sie sind aufgrund eines alternden Systems sehr proaktiv bei störenden Teilen / Pumpen usw.

Vom Account Manager bis zu unserem Service Manager und dem Kundendienstpersonal hat jeder Einzelne der Community und der HOA einen professionellen, höflichen und überlegenen Service geboten.

Ich kann sie jeder Community nur empfehlen.

Wir nutzen Candlewood Pool Services seit vielen Jahren. Aufgrund von Covid haben wir ihnen eine Anzahlung geschickt und beschlossen, unseren Pool letztes Jahr aufgrund vieler Einschränkungen nicht zu öffnen. Sie weigern sich, unsere volle Anzahlung zurückzusenden. Das Management ist schrecklich und ich empfehle jedem, der eine Poolfirma sucht, woanders zu suchen.
