Anständiger Service, bei wiederholten Tests und Fotos. Hatte Druckreduktion Laserchirurgie und kann keinen Unterschied bemerken. Nicht die besten Manieren am Bett überhaupt, die meisten Angestellten und sicherlich das Büro !!!!

Ich hatte die Erlaubnis und rief diesen Ort an, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Die Rezeptionistin fragte nach meinen früheren Unterlagen und sagte, nachdem sie die Unterlagen erhalten habe, müsse Doktor Harrup sie durchgehen und eine Entscheidung treffen, ob sie mich sehen will oder nicht. Ich hatte meinen anderen Arzt, der meine Unterlagen an kalifornische Augenchirurgen schickte. Dann rief ich die kalifornischen Augenchirurgen zum zweiten Mal an, um zu sehen, ob sie meine Unterlagen überprüft haben. Die Rezeptionistin nahm den Hörer ab und sagte, er werde mich in 30 Minuten zurückrufen. um mich wissen zu lassen. Niemand hat mich zurückgerufen. Ich habe zum dritten Mal kalifornische Augenchirurgen angerufen. Ich musste alles vom Betteln erklären und sie von Grund auf daran erinnern. Dann sagte sie, wir müssen die Aufzeichnungen überprüfen und Sie zurückrufen. Ich wartete noch 2 Tage und hörte nichts mehr, also rief ich sie wieder zurück. Dieselbe Rezeptionistin ging ans Telefon und hielt mich für eine Weile in der Warteschleife. Sie kam zurück und sagte: "Es tut mir leid, Sir Doctor hat Ihre Unterlagen überprüft und gesagt, dass sie wegen Covid-19 keine erwachsenen Patienten nimmt." Ich frage sie, aber Sie wussten aus meiner Erlaubnis und aus meinem Anruf am ersten Tag, dass ich ein Erwachsener bin. Warum haben Sie mir am ersten Tag nicht gesagt, dass ich ein Erwachsener bin und der Arzt Harrup keinen erwachsenen Patienten akzeptiert? Die Rezeption antwortet, dass der Arzt zuerst Ihre Unterlagen überprüfen musste. Ich war schockiert und konnte keinen Zusammenhang zwischen der Überprüfung meiner Unterlagen und meinem Alter feststellen, damit Arzt Harrup die Entscheidung treffen konnte, mich zu sehen oder nicht, und es ergab für mich überhaupt keinen Sinn. Dies ist ein Akt der Diskriminierung, weil sie mir nach Durchsicht meiner Unterlagen sagen, dass wir keinen erwachsenen Patienten sehen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen, da sie Betrüger sind und ein tiefgreifendes Managementproblem haben.
