Nach mehr als 20 Jahren Migräne dachte ich, ich hätte alles gesehen und alle meine Symptome gekannt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass Olivier gerade einen eingehenden Kurs über Migräne, Symptome und wie sie sich im Laufe der Jahre ändern können, abgeschlossen hatte. Ich war ein widerstrebender Patient, aber ich habe seinen Rat und die empfohlenen Medikamente befolgt. Zu meinem völligen Unglauben hat es funktioniert. Ich war so zufrieden mit dem Servicelevel, den ich in der folgenden Woche zurückrief, um ihm mitzuteilen, dass er tatsächlich Recht hatte - und ich war so dankbar für die Hilfe, die ich erhalten hatte.
Er erinnerte sich an mich und kümmerte sich wirklich darum, dass ich mich besser fühlte. Ich werde jetzt immer versuchen, mein lokales kleines Unternehmen anzurufen und zu unterstützen, anstatt die großen Marken, die es gibt!
