Die Maschine wird mit einer Garantie geliefert, die jedoch nur für den Erstbesitzer gilt, daher war ich nicht berechtigt. Daher könnte die Maschine vor einem Monat installiert worden sein und es gibt keine lange Garantie. Ich habe zahlreiche Telefonate mit dem Installateur und der Firma geführt. Der Installateur kam mehrmals, und nach dem fünften Mal wurde festgestellt, dass ich das Außengerät für 1500 US-Dollar ersetzen musste. Ich kontaktierte die Firma, die sagte, es liege in der Verantwortung des Installateurs, die neue Maschine zu bepreisen, zu installieren und zu garantieren.

Ich habe versucht, mich beim Installateur und der Firma nach dem Fehlercode zu erkundigen, und niemand hat auf meine Anrufe oder E-Mails geantwortet. Ich habe jetzt 8 Wochen Kontakt mit der Firma/Installateur und habe immer noch keine effiziente Wärmepumpe.

Ich wäre sehr, sehr vorsichtig mit der Installation eines solchen Produkts in Ihrer Wohnung. Denken Sie daran, wie die Garantie funktioniert und dass das Produkt bald danach nicht mehr funktionieren kann. Es wäre meine Empfehlung, bei einem seriösen Unternehmen zu bleiben.

Wenn BES bereit ist, sich an mich zu wenden und mir bei meiner Situation zu helfen, würde ich in Erwägung ziehen, meine Bewertung zu ändern, aber ich hatte nie wirklich die Gelegenheit, die Maschine zu benutzen, und der Reparaturprozess und die Beschaffung von Teilen war sehr turbulent.
