Schlimmste Erfahrung. Ich habe mich im Juli an Buchi gewandt, um meine zeitweise benutzte, aber dennoch kaputte V-100-Pumpe reparieren zu lassen, die ich bei einem Händler (Lab Society) gekauft habe. da Buchis Warnung besagt, dass die Garantie ungültig ist, wenn sie nicht von ihnen gewartet wird. Sie baten um meine Adresse und Telefonnummer, um mich an die richtige Person weiterzuleiten. Ich antwortete mit meiner AKTUELLEN ADRESSE und meiner Telefonnummer. Nachdem ich diese Informationen gesendet hatte, hörte ich nichts mehr und verfolgte sie Ende Juli. Sie fragten mich bei 4 verschiedenen Gelegenheiten über 6 Monate nach meiner Seriennummer. Ende Dezember 2018 konnte ich endlich die seit 6 Monaten defekte Pumpe verschicken! Ich erhielt Anfang Januar 2019 ein Reparaturangebot und Mitte des Monats ein weiteres. Bis zum 31. Januar hatten sie meine kaputte Pumpe an eine alte Adresse der Lab Society geschickt. nicht die, die ich ihnen per E-Mail oder die Rücksendeadresse auf dem Paket gegeben hatte, weil ich nicht schnell genug geantwortet hatte! Ich habe davon nur erfahren, weil ich sie angerufen habe. Als ich Jonathan von der Serviceabteilung sagte, dass die Adresse, an die sie die Pumpe geschickt haben, nicht meine Adresse ist, sagte er mir ziemlich genau, dass ich kein Glück hatte. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass ich keine Pumpe mehr für 3.0000 US-Dollar habe, nachdem ich mehr als 6 Monate lang versucht habe, sie warten zu lassen! Sie reagieren jedoch sehr schnell auf eine Verkaufsanfrage. Schreckliche Erfahrung insgesamt.
UPDATE: Nachdem sie sich mit einem höheren Mitarbeiter von BUCHI in Verbindung gesetzt hatten, boten sie an, die verlorene Pumpe auszutauschen.
