Wir haben im Juli ein Auto von diesem Händler gemietet. Das Auto selbst ist in Ordnung. Die Händlererfahrung war NICHT. Bleib weg und kaufe deinen Volvo woanders. Nachdem wir uns für ein Auto entschieden und den Leasingpreis vereinbart hatten, haben wir uns mit einer Dame getroffen, die sehr überzeugend war, uns die Versicherungen zu verkaufen, und einen erheblichen Teil unserer Zahlung hinzugefügt hat. Ich fragte ausdrücklich, ob wir jederzeit stornieren könnten, und die Antwort war, dass wir eine volle Rückerstattung erhalten würden, wenn wir uns für eine Stornierung entscheiden würden. Julie erklärte, dass die Zahlung gleich bleiben würde, aber die Gutschrift in Höhe der vollen Versicherungskosten zurückgegeben würde. Ich kam nach Hause, recherchierte und erkannte, dass Versicherung nicht das ist, was ich will. Ich habe um sofortige Stornierung gebeten (innerhalb der ersten zwei Wochen mit dem Auto), mit dem Verständnis, dass ich innerhalb einer Nachfrist bin, um ohne Pronatenkosten zu stornieren. Ich wurde auch zu der Überzeugung gebracht, dass es keine Finanzierungskosten für die Versicherung gibt, wenn ich kündige (warum sollte es geben, wenn ich kündige). Als ich anrief, versuchte Julie zu pushen, dass niemand zuvor gekündigt hat, und dann bei der Nachverfolgung sagte, dass sie zu beschäftigt ist und es nach dem Ende des Monats tun muss. Dann schien es, dass wir eine weitere Kündigungserklärung senden mussten, in der der Darlehensvertrag schriftlich angegeben werden sollte. Wir erhielten schließlich eine Gutschrift, die etwa 1000 USD niedriger war Was wir dem Mietvertrag hinzugefügt haben, wenn wir die Erhöhung der Zahlung über 35 Zahlungsbedingungen addieren und mit dem auf dem Volvo-Konto ausgestellten Zielguthaben vergleichen. Volvo will nichts damit zu tun haben. Julie behauptet, sie arbeitet jetzt in einer anderen Abteilung und allgemein Manager Sam beantwortet nicht zahlreiche Telefonanrufe, um dieses Problem zu lösen. Es scheint, dass dieses Autohaus mich einfach betrogen hat, um Provisionen für Versicherungen zu erhalten. Eine gute Möglichkeit, zusätzliche 1000 USD oder so zu verdienen. Ich werde sie den Verbraucheragenturen melden ... bitte tun vertraue ihnen nicht.

ICH HABE NOCH DIE TUNDRA, ABER ICH VERWENDE SIE NICHT ALS MEINE REGELMÄSSIGE MECHANIKER. ZUSÄTZLICH ANGEBOT SIE MICH FÜR 550 US-Dollar FÜR BREMSENARBEITEN, DIE ICH NICHT BITTEN ODER BENÖTIGTE, ALS ICH ABGEFALLEN, UM EIN TPMS-Problem zu überprüfen.
