Sie ließen mich auch meine Gruppe nicht mit meiner Frau teilen, obwohl sie auch eine hatte, sie war gerade abgelaufen. Sie hätten so oder so genau den gleichen Geldbetrag bekommen.

Die Buchung der Termine war ebenso ein Albtraum. Verbrachte 45 Minuten mit dem Versuch zu buchen, das meiste davon in der Warteschleife. Sie möchten, dass Sie einen Termin für eine Konsultation buchen und dann nach der Konsultation einen weiteren Termin für die Entfernung buchen.
