Ich zögere ein wenig, eine Bewertung abzugeben, weil ich diese Firma als mein geheimes kleines Juwel behalten möchte, aber sie verdienen wirklich eine schöne Bewertung! Das einzig schlechte, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass ich sie nicht früher getroffen habe.
Ich habe sie zum ersten Mal am 15. Januar getroffen, als sie angefangen haben, TIs für meinen Mieter zu machen. Ich habe nur ihre Arbeit beaufsichtigt, um sicherzustellen, dass alles im Rahmen des Mietvertrags war. Es war eine Freude, mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten, und sie haben einen schönen professionellen Job gemacht.
Sie arbeiteten auf der anderen Straßenseite an den oben genannten TIs und baten sie, am 15. März einen Küchenumbau für mich auf der anderen Straßenseite zu zitieren. Ich war angenehm überrascht und glücklich mit ihrem Zitat, wieder haben sie pünktlich einen schönen Job gemacht, und meine Mieter in diesem Gebäude sagten mir alle, wie sehr sie alle Arbeiter mochten. Ich war für den zweiten Teil des Küchenumbaus nicht in der Stadt und sie haben sich um alles gekümmert, mich auf dem Laufenden gehalten und ich konnte meinen Urlaub genießen und in die schöne Küche zurückkehren!
Mein Lieblingsteil ist, dass Bay Area Builders auch die Bay Area Builders Facilities Group hat, genau das, was ich brauchte. Sie erzählten mir davon, ich war mit ihrer anderen früheren Arbeit zufrieden, also vereinbarte ich ein Treffen und wollte hören, was sie zu bieten hatten. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem, was ich gehört habe, und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Wartung der Einrichtungen in den letzten 1,5 Monaten. Sie sparen meinen Mietern Geld, mir Zeit, machen einen viel besseren Job als mein letzter Mitarbeiter und einen viel besseren Job als ich. Ich war für die Einrichtungen verantwortlich, seit unser letzter Mann gegangen ist. Ich habe Klempner, HLK, Elektriker usw. angerufen. Jetzt rufe ich einfach an oder fülle ihr Website-Formular aus und sie kümmern sich an diesem oder am nächsten Tag darum, je nach Prioritätsstufe. .
Die drei Hauptleute, mit denen ich zusammengearbeitet habe, sind unglaublich, Jim war Superintendent der TIs, Will hat mich mit Einrichtungen ausgestattet, bis jetzt habe ich Ethan (wirklich nett, einen Mann als Hauptansprechpartner zu haben) auf der Reparaturseite getroffen und er ist auch großartig!
