Kompressor online von Kompressor-Kompressor gekauft, schreiben sie Lieferung innerhalb von 5 Tagen bestellt 06. Mai, kam am 28. Mai.
Nach etwas mehr als einem Monat normalem Gebrauch kann die Verriegelung nicht ausgeführt werden. Lautsprecherhändler für Unterstützung einen Tag nach Anfrage. Aber drei Tage nach dem Abheben des Kompressors teilen sie mir mit, dass die Reparatur gestoppt wird, weil sie auf die Genehmigung der Muttergesellschaft für einen Eingriff in die Garantie warten. Schlecht !!!
Nach einer Woche und einem Tag immer noch ziemlich fest. Der Einzelhändler wiederholt immer wieder, dass er noch keine Genehmigung hat und dass dies das Verfahren ist, das seine Zeit hat.
Ich glaube, dass ihre Zeiten, die die Bedürfnisse des Kunden nicht berücksichtigen, nicht einmal die Verfügbarkeit eines Ersatzkompressors für Reparaturzeiten ermöglichen.
29/07 Nach Erhalt der Garantiereparatur hat der Händler den Kompressor schnell repariert und zurückgesandt.

Sehr hohe Professionalität. Schnelle und zeitnahe Antworten. Atlas Copco-Maschinen sind immer noch die besten auf dem Markt.

ATLAS COPCO hat eine marktbeherrschende Stellung und der Verkauf folgt nicht mehr den Kunden. Wir brauchen technische Hilfe, exorbitante Kosten und einen völlig unzureichenden Service mit biblischen Lieferzeiten. Nie wieder ATLAS COPCO Implantate kaufen!

Unmöglich, mit einem Headquarter zu kommunizieren, und nicht nur, ich habe mich an einen ihrer Händler in meiner Nähe gewandt, um einen Kompressor zu kaufen .... keine Antwort zu Preisen, Funktionen usw.
Das Auffälligste ist, dass sie ihre Produkte nicht kennen ... ein Beispiel? Fragen Sie, wie viele Dezibel der AH15 e24-Kompressor erzeugt. Abgesehen von der Nicht-Höflichkeit, meine Meinung, machen sie Sie den Wunsch, von ihnen zu kaufen.
