Mein Arzt hat meine Überweisung jetzt 2 Mal innerhalb von 5 Monaten gesendet. Victoria war diejenige, mit der ich gesprochen habe und sie ist extrem unhöflich! Ich ließ sie wissen, dass ich 4 Monate und 2 Faxe von meinem Arzt mit akzeptierten Papieren gewartet hatte, und sie bekam eine Einstellung zu mir darüber. Sehr hochnäsig und hochgesteckt. Ich würde NICHT empfehlen, hierher zu gehen, sie behandeln Patienten nicht klar mit Respekt.

Mein überweisender Arzt hat seit Anfang August vier Exemplare meiner Verschreibungsanfrage für einen Schlaftest zu Hause mit Zustellbestätigungsnummern gefaxt. Mein Spezialist faxte ihnen ein 5-seitiges Kundendiagramm und gab mir die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer mit der Bestätigung der Lieferung. Ich habe letzte Woche meine persönlichen Daten, meinen Führerschein und meine Krankenversicherungskarte mit einem Deckblatt und einer Beschreibung des Inhalts gefaxt. Keiner dieser Artikel wurde vom Aspen Sleep Center erhalten. Ich werde aufgefordert, jedes Mal, wenn ich anrufe oder wenn mein Provider in meinem Namen anruft, "erneut zu faxen".

Ich rief heute Nachmittag erneut an, um zu bestätigen, dass mein letztes Fax es zu ihnen geschafft hatte, bereit mit der Sendungsnummer, um ihnen beim Auffinden zu helfen, und der Mann, der antwortete, sagte: "Nein, wir haben nichts bekommen. Äh, eigentlich ... Es sieht so aus, als würde es gerade erst durchkommen. Vielleicht haben wir ... einen Teil der Informationen? " Eines der vier verschreibungspflichtigen Faxe kam anscheinend während des Gesprächs durch (entweder vor 2 Wochen oder vor 5 Stunden?), Keine Spur meiner persönlichen ID aus der letzten Woche, 5-seitige Kundendaten, für die ich eine Lieferbestätigung habe, oder andere Papierkram (wiederholte Versuche, ein Rezept abzugeben).

Dies fühlt sich wie eine äußerst zwielichtige Geschäftspraxis an, bei der keine Website oder E-Mail-Adresse gestartet werden muss. Sie haben das Gefühl, Sie haben meine Informationen erhalten und sie entweder weggeworfen oder verloren. Oder Ihr Faxgerät funktioniert nicht und es ist Ihre einzige Form der Kommunikation! Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was schlimmer ist - ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von dieser Firma.
