Es ist schade, dass After-Sales aus Kenntnis der Fakten nicht sehr auffällig ist. Bis zu 2 Mal waren Reparaturarbeiten fehlgeschlagen, daher musste ich das Problem selbst beheben. Ich weiß, dass einige es gut meinen, aber es ist schwierig, mit dem Kunden zusammen zu denken.

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Verkäufer wissen immer, wie man gut verkauft. Vergleichen Sie also frühzeitig mit anderen Unternehmen!

Dies ist ein Unternehmen ohne Verständnis für seine Kunden. Selbst während der Krise von c0r0na denken sie in keiner Weise mit Kunden zusammen, die vorübergehend Schwierigkeiten haben. Das Tolle ist, dass jede Krise ein Ende hat :-). Danach ist es logischerweise Zeit, sich von diesen unsympathischen Hardlinern zu verabschieden.

Dies mit einem Slogan wie Beratung, Aufmerksamkeit & Teilnahme zeigt genau an, was fehlt.

Kurz gesagt, keine Geschäfte mit diesen Menschen machen und überhaupt nicht während einer Krise.
