Meine Schwester bewarb sich um einen Job bei arc automotive in Morgantown, KY. Sie hat den Job nicht bekommen, weil sie den Drogentest nicht am selben Tag gemacht hat. Ich halte es für nicht richtig, unbequemen Menschen einen Drogentest vor Ort zu machen. Meine Schwester hat keine zuverlässige Transportquelle und es fällt ihr schwer, sich fortzubewegen. Ich glaube, nur weil der Drogentest nicht am selben Tag war, heißt das noch lange nicht, die Beschäftigung zu verweigern. Auch die Personalabteilung war im Umgang mit mir sehr unprofessionell, als ich meine Bedenken äußerte, dass meine Schwester den Job nicht erhalten würde. Ich fühlte mich überfallen, weil zwei Leute von der Personalabteilung da draußen waren und mir das Gefühl gaben, etwas Unethisches zu tun. Ich fühle mich wie eine Bedrohung. Ich drücke nur professionell das Verhalten aus, das meine Schwester zeigte, war unhöflich, unprofessionell und ungerecht. Ich wäre nicht aufgetaucht, wenn meine Schwester meinen Großvater nicht im Sterben erzogen hätte. Es wurde angesprochen: "Es ist egal!" Und "es ist Unternehmenspolitik!" Mein Großvater ist letzte Woche gestorben, auch das ist wichtig. Meine Schwester war niedergeschlagen. Sie nimmt Antidepressiva. Ein Mitarbeiter der Personalabteilung drückte Reue in meinem Gesicht aus. Ich kenne jedoch falsche Reue, wenn ich sie sehe. Es war falsch, keine Liebe. Es tut mir leid, wenn es Firmenpolitik ist, sich nicht darum zu kümmern, aber es tut!
