Ich habe mein erstes Macbook Air 2017 für meinen Bachelor-Abschluss gekauft. Der Laptop war brillant, liebte alles daran. Aber nach zwei Jahren hörte es plötzlich auf zu arbeiten. Da ich wusste, dass es sich um eine Maschine handelt und dass nicht alle Maschinen perfekt sein können, kaufte ich blind eine andere, ohne zu wissen, dass dies auch innerhalb des ersten Jahres selbst nicht mehr funktionieren würde.
Auf alle Apfelprodukte wird eine Garantie von 1 Jahr gewährt.
Ich habe mein zweites MacBook Air am 30. August 2019 gekauft (mit Rechnungsnachweis) und Apple lehnt meinen Garantieanspruch ab, obwohl ich noch 10 Tage Zeit habe.

Das Problem liegt in der Hauptplatine und im Akku. Apple verkauft fehlerhafte Laptops und versucht, das Beste aus seinen Kunden herauszuholen.

Apple India scheint nur daran interessiert zu sein, Produkte zu verkaufen, und darüber hinaus gibt es nichts. Willkommen zu einem verdammt guten Post-Sales-Service von Apple India. Mein Macbook Pro-Adapter funktioniert nicht mehr und laut Servicecenter dauert es 2 Wochen, bis er repariert ist, und auch dies wird nicht bestätigt. Warum zum Teufel habe ich 1,4 l für ein 13 "Macbook Pro bezahlt? Das Apple India Management-Team ist nur am Verkauf von Produkten interessiert und hat keine Ahnung, wie der Dienst ausgeführt wird. Apple US muss sich den Dienst genau ansehen Niveau in Indien. Wenn die Preise streng kontrolliert werden, wie hoch ist dann das Kontrollniveau für den Service? Apple India will Apple USA nur blind machen und Verkäufe zeigen. Apple US muss vorsichtig sein, wenn es darum geht, in Indien zu investieren, da sicher ist, dass sein Geschäft ein Geschäft wird Verlust. Management scheint mit ihren Gehältern und Boni zufrieden zu sein. Alles Gute!
