Kürzlich hatte ich die Gelegenheit, mit diesem Bau- und Fliesenunternehmen für ein kleines Heimwerkerprojekt zusammenzuarbeiten. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung mit ihnen durchschnittlich. ?‍♀️ Die Unternehmenswebsite war benutzerfreundlich und bot detaillierte Informationen zu ihren Dienstleistungen. Das Team war pünktlich und hat das Projekt innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens abgeschlossen. ?‍♂️? Allerdings war ich von der Qualität der Arbeit etwas enttäuscht. Die fertigen Fliesenarbeiten sahen ordentlich aus, aber bei näherer Betrachtung fielen mir ein paar unebene Fliesen auf. ? Die Bauarbeiten verliefen zufriedenstellend, allerdings gab es ein paar kleinere Fehler, die hätten vermieden werden können. ?️? Der Kundenservice war freundlich und reaktionsschnell und ging umgehend auf meine Anliegen ein. ?? Insgesamt war die Erfahrung zwar nicht herausragend, aber auch nicht schrecklich. Ich würde darüber nachdenken, ihre Dienste wieder in Anspruch zu nehmen, aber ich würde auch andere Optionen prüfen. ??‍♀️
