Absolut SCHRECKLICH! Ich schickte ein VOLL funktionstüchtiges Barco TSM-Display für ein Philips Azurion Cath-Labor (das angeblich repariert wurde). Es hatte einen kleinen Haarriss in der Frontscheibe, ansonsten war es voll funktionsfähig. Sie führten ihre Schätzung durch und sagten, es brauche ein neues LCD. Es braucht ein neues LCD, weil sie den Monitor vollständig ZERSTÖRT haben. Was ich zurückbekam, war ein völlig nutzloser und zerstörter TSM-Monitor. Außerdem wurde ich von ihren Verkaufs-, QC- und Managementabteilungen geisterhaft. Wenn Sie also Ihre Artikel FEST haben möchten, senden Sie sie woanders hin. Wenn Sie den Versand bezahlen möchten, um Ihre Artikel ZERSTÖREN zu lassen, senden Sie sie dorthin!

ANTWORT NACH UNTEN: NEIN, Ihr Team hat mir keinen weiteren Monitor gekauft. Sie haben VERSUCHT, den zerstörten Monitor kostenlos zu reparieren. Ihre Lösung bestand jedoch darin, ein Stück Plexiglas auf die Oberseite zu legen und einen Laminatrand anzubringen. Es sieht absolut billig und schrecklich aus, was ich von dieser Firma erwarte. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es mit einem Riss in der oberen rechten Ecke zurückkam. Auch hier würde ich diese Firma niemandem empfehlen!

Ampronix war die einzige medizinische Reparatureinrichtung, der mein Krankenhaussystem vertraut. Nach dem Versand von über 40 Reparaturen sind Qualität und Preise hervorragend! Vielen Dank und weiter so!
